  Roof installed incorrectly 15 years ago, 2001. Stagger joints less than the required 6" minimum. Nails 1" from those joints. My roof has been leaking, had another contractor inspect. This is what he found.
  Added note. On the original install/tear off the crew covered our a/c unit while it was running, neglected to tell us to turn it off, a/c quit, when I called Don out on it, he told me that the unit was old and ready to die anyway.
